We paired up with our friends at Allbirds and asked some folks who know their way around a kitchen a lot better than we do⁠. Oprah, David Chang, Vaughan from Montauk Brew Co.’s dad, Camilla Marcus, Jack Johnson, Buddy the Elf, Benji Weatherly, and a whole slew of talented good people, chefs, restaurateurs and bakers, told us about the foods they find comfort in and shared how to make the dishes (and a few drinks, too, because constant probing about your relationship status goes down a lot easier with a little bourbon—just ask Matthew McConaughey).

All proceeds are being donated to The Sierra Club NYC, working to keep our planet healthy and happy.
